Unfortunately, we do not retip Nanos.

Next Steps: Please count your strands and make your payment ABOVE HERE when you post your hair to us.
 
Please change the quantity for each bundle of 25 strands. For example if you have 125 strands select quantity of 5 your total will be £57.50 PLUS POSTAGE and make your payment. Then post your hair to us at the below address:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Upon receipt of your hair we will count each strand, take pictures and weigh your hair for our records before we proceed retipping/tipping your hair.

2. Your hair will be posted back to you via a Tracked and Sign Courier. Once in Transit your hair is no longer our responsibility. Please ensure you ARE AVAILABLE to sign for your returned hair. Any missed deliveries is at the discretion of yourself and the Courier company to resolve.

3. Used glue on hair will be snipped off and hair retipped with Italian Keratin.
