2.1 We endeavour to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. The website contains copyrighted information which is obtained and used under license from the copyright holders.
2.2 On some occasions some of the functionalities of the website can be suspended temporarily during maintenance and repair operations. We will do our best to ensure that these occasions are as brief and infrequent as possible.
3. Sales Taxes
SWHairExtensions.com does not charge tax.
4. Order Confirmation
4.1 We confirm all submitted orders via email. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected].
4.2 Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched that product to you. Any other products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of the contract.
4.3 Telephone Orders – we accept telephone orders between Monday – Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please call our dedicated order line on 07729 667402. You will need to quote the product/order number, or simply quote the item description.

By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product, which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software contains copyrighted information and is owned solely by the copyright holders.
You can Order Products in the following ways:

14.2 by phoning 07729 667402 and placing your order with our Sales Team (please ensure to have the Order/product no. available this can be found below the item description).
When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All Body Waved hair delivery is 12-18 working days.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email should there be any problems. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
The price for each Product is shown on SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM.
We always try to make sure that the prices on SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
Prices are quoted on SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM in UK pound sterling - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pound sterling and SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
16. Returns and Refunds Policy
All returns must be in accordance with our terms conditions: Hair is Non-Refundable unless faulty. COVID Shipping delays in certain countries have caused extenuating circumstances in deliveries. Items awaiting delivery are Non-Refundable.
16.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.
16.2 We will issue a full product refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Please note: This does not apply to items that have been tried on, used or fitted. In accordance with UK Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair Extensions products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being tried on, used, worn or fitted. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, a credit note will be issued to your account for you to use, not a refund. The returned product must be unused and in a resaleable condition condition. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return.
16.3 If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
16.4 WHOLESALE OR DISCOUNTED HAIR ORDERS - Given Delivery timescales will fluctuate. No refunds will be given if delivery timescales are changed. Items awaiting delivery are Non-Refundable.
16.5 In the case of hair extensions, if you are unsure of the colour you require, then please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] as we offer hair extensions colour match service.
When you have completed your order confirmation you can make payments in any of the following ways:
• Online via this website;
• By sending a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to SW Hair Extensions at 35 Winch House, Kings Road, Chelsea, SW10 0TR.
We try to keep SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM are not responsible for them.
Orders are dispatched either by our Couriers or Royal MailTM First Class post, Next Day Delivery or Recorded Delivery (1st Class). In addition, our suppliers may use a courier service whereby a signature is required.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail TM usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal MailTM stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in the estimated time frame; this should be taken up with Royal Mail TM. All orders once dispatched are then held responsible by the courier, Royal Mail TM.
Please Order from SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note: All ccompleted orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Please select Next Day Delivery during check out for items requiring delivery the following day. Orders must be received between 9:30am and 12:00pm. Orders placed on a Friday for Next Day Delivery will not be delivered until Monday the following week. However, you can request a Next Day Guaranteed Delivery for a Saturday at an extra cost of £2.70. If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please contact our Customer Care Team.
20. Delivery Costs
20.1 Delivery costs are set (including handling and packaging).
20.2The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page before you submit your payment.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information
21. Governing Laws
Upon entering the SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the laws of England and Wales whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
22. Entire Agreement
The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM and any associated companies. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of SWHAIREXTENSIONS.COM.

Hair Extensions Training Terms and Conditions
TRANSFERRING A COURSE DATE
We provide a FREE course transfer on an alternative date. We understand that situations can arise that are out of control. We can provide an alternative date as long as it is provided in writing prior to 7 working days before the course start date. We can only transfer students if the alternative course has availability. If notice is received less than 7 days before the course start date then a £15 transfer admin fee will be charged.
NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN EVENT OF A COURSE TRANSFER.
NO REFUNDS IS PROVIDED IF A BOOKED DATE HAS TO BE RESCHEDULED FOR ANY REASON OUTSIDE OF SW HAIR TRAINING ACADEMY CONTROL.
NO MORE THAN 1 TRANSFER IS ALLOWED.
Bookings should be made on-line or via calling and speaking to a representative. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been processed by our admin team. Course prices listed on the website include the full cost of the course including course materials. When a deposit has been paid to secure your date your remaining balance must be cleared BEFORE your training date.
IN-SALON COURSE CANCELLATION / ONLINE COURSE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED (COURSES CARRIED OUT ONLINE)
If you wish to cancel a course then we must be notified 14 WORKING days prior to the start date . Students will receive a free course transfer if 14 working days or more notice is provided. If you do not attend a course date and give no prior notice to the academy then the course fee is still fully payable in full and no course transfer is allowed. We reserve the right to alter teachers & venues without prior notice.
If you have any special requirementswe will try to accommodate for you as long as we have been notified in advance.
Course instructions are sent out to students approx within 6 working hours of making the booking and venue details are sent 7 to 14 days before the course date. In this email you will get course information and other notifications. If you have not received any course instructions before the course date then please contact us.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING, YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING EMAILS INSTRUCTIONS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
IT IS THE STUDENTS DUTY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE RECEIVED ALL COURSE INFORMATION.
The specific venue details are sent out in the course instructions. If you do not receive this 7 days before your course please contact us.
The course has no dress code but it is advised to wear comfortable clothing as most of our courses are practical.
After completing your course all students have a life time FREE support guarantee with us. Details are giving to you during your course day.
LIABILITY & RE-TRAINING
We do not accept any responsibility for students who fail to obtain public liability insurance. We do not accept any injury or accident to clients resulting from students following instructions they learn on courses. Our courses are practical and interactive courses made and designed for people to train and go into work places or start their business. Each course has a set criteria of hours before practicing on real clients. If at the end of your course you are not completely satisfied / comfortable with your training please either let your teacher or assistant know at the end of your course or within 7 days of your course and you can come back to the next month’s training course FREE of charge. If you don’t let us know within 7 days of your course, you can attend a refresher at a discounted rate. Free course refresher’s are valid from 3 months of original course date only. Thereafter, a fee of £149 is payable to if retraining within 1 year of course date.To attend a course refresher, the student must bring their full training kit to undertake the training course.
